These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of Metro Enterprises’ services. By engaging with us, you agree to comply with these terms.
“Client”: Party availing our services.
“Services”: Fabrication, erection, equipment installation, etc.
“Project”: Specific work outlined in a work order.
All projects require a signed Work Order detailing scope, timelines, and pricing.
Verbal agreements must be confirmed in writing to be valid.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless specified.
Payment Terms:
40% advance before work begins
50% during project execution
10% upon completion & inspection
Late Payments incur 1.5% monthly interest.
Timelines are estimates and subject to:
Client-provided material availability
Weather conditions (for outdoor work)
Force majeure events
Change Requests must be in writing and may affect cost/timeline.
We comply with:
IBR standards for piping
OSHA safety protocols
Pharma industry GMP requirements
Client must provide:
Site access
Necessary permits
Safety equipment for their personnel
1-year warranty on fabrication work against defects.
Excludes damage from:
Client misuse
Natural disasters
Unauthorized modifications
Our liability is limited to project value.
Not liable for:
Consequential damages
Client-provided material defects
Third-party actions
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.
Client pays for:
Completed work
Materials purchased
Termination costs (15% of remaining contract value)
Designs/drawings remain our property unless separately agreed.
Client receives unlimited usage rights for completed work.
Amicable negotiation first
Arbitration in Thane, Maharashtra as per Indian Arbitration Act
Governing Law: Indian law
Entire Agreement: Supersedes all prior agreements
Severability: Invalid clauses don’t affect remainder
Waiver: Failure to enforce isn’t a waiver
